Baby and Me Pilates with cert. instructor Barri
Barri (@barrigolds) is a certified Pilates instructor, a certified Yoga instructor, and the mama of a baby daughter. She’ll show you how to work with your baby (infants up to new crawlers) to strengthen and tone your body while nurturing the emotional and physical bond shared between you and your child.
No previous Pilates experience necessary. Bring your baby, a yoga mat, water, and a structured baby carrier.
