This is one of the cutest vintage dresses I've ever found. Made by "Polly Flinders", it features rows of hand-done smocking at the neck, which are still perfect and stretchy! In fact, the only thing less-than-perfect about this dress is that the collar is now more of an ivory/cream than white. Buttons down the back.

100% vibrant red cotton.
